We ship with BPOST as standard. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a message with a track and trace code. You can track your package here and get a target time when the delivery person comes by.

What if something goes wrong?
In case of unforeseen circumstances and delays at both Clover gin and BPOST, it can exceptionally take longer to deliver a shipment.

If you are not at home when the postman comes by, he will leave a message of offer in the letterbox. You will also receive an email with the location where you can pick up the package.
